Registration has now closed for the 2024 Outing!

The cost is $125 per golfer, which includes beer, hot lunch and dinner.

If you do not want to golf and only want to join us for beer and dinner then the cost is $40.

 

Please read the instructions carefully before registering.

Please follow these two steps for registration and read below for additional clarification:

1. Register by filling out the form below: ​

​

• If you are paying for the entire foursome ($500), only one member of your team needs to fill out the form below. 

• If you are signing up individually, please designate one Group Leader as the point of contact for your foursome. All members of your foursome should write the same Group Leader when filling out the form below.

2. Pay for your registration: 

​

• Select a payment method when filling out the form below.

  • Online through Paypal or Venmo (@KevinBoyer-MemorialFund)

  • Send a check made out to "Kevin Boyer Memorial Fund” to 2639 Wooster Rd. Rocky River, OH 44116

  • Cash or check at the event

• If you plan to pay online, please click on "Pay Online Now" after filling out the form.  

• Be sure to choose the correct number of golfers! If you are paying for a foursome, please select ​four golfers ($500) at checkout.
